If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment.


In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. The buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
  2. The delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise treated negligently or contrary to the instructions of the intermediary and/or the packaging.


Due to the intimate nature and health standards of our products, we prioritize the safety and well-being of all our customers. Please be advised of our return policy specifics for hygiene-related products:


  • Unopened Items: Products that have not been opened and remain in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition. Please ensure that the seal is intact and the item is unaltered.


  • Opened Items: For health and hygiene reasons, any hygiene product that has been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place to ensure the utmost safety and satisfaction of all our customers, as these products are meant for personal use and could be compromised after opening.


  • Exceptions: If you receive a damaged or defective hygiene product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue. We are committed to ensuring that you receive products in perfect condition and will address these concerns on a case-by-case basis.

All customers are responsible for the cost of their return shipment.

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Return Costs

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The buyer
